(Not So Tiny) Tiny House Building Plans

Looking to build a DIY tiny house, guest house, or ADU like the one featured in Crafted Workshop's (Not So Tiny) House Build series? Look no further than these tiny house building plans! These plans were designed to be followed by a typical DIYer and feature tons more detail than your typical building plans.

• 48' x 12' footprint, with bump-out on back side of building
• Roughly 640 sq ft
  
• 2x6 framing at 24" OC, 8' walls
• 4/12 roof pitch with 2x12 rafters

These plans include options for BOTH a digital PDF version as well as a printed version. The printed version will be printed here in Asheville, NC on 24 x 36 large format paper and shipping is included (within the contiguous United States). International shipping will have an additional fee applied at checkout. 

The plans also include access to a detailed SketchUp model, although some of the specific details might differ from the official plans due to the materials I'm using and the HOA constraints placed upon me.
