Modern Bar Stool Plans
With these Modern Bar Stool plans, I'll show you how you can turn a pile of rough Walnut into a beautiful, modern bar stool or counter height stool.
What materials do I need to build this Modern Bar Stool?
For the Modern Bar Stool build, I used 10 board feet of 4/4 rough Walnut, glue, and some Dominos. That's it! The cost of the wood on this build would be roughly $50, at least in my area. With the other items and finishing supplies added, the total cost is roughly $80. This is still much, much cheaper than purchasing a stool like this.
What are the dimensions of the Modern Bar Stool?
This stool is 18 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 38 inches high. This sizing is totally adjustable though and, with the included SketchUp file, you’ll be able to adjust the stool to suit your needs.
